I downloaded a Adobe After Effects CC sometime ago. And I have read about effect Detail-preserving Upscale when I wanted to use this effect I cannot found this effect at my effects list. Simply Detail-preserving Upscale missing at my effects list.
Do you know what is bad in my AE CC?
