Tracking an inPoint

Hi there, just looking for ideas, thoughts...

I have a master layer that when I trim the inPoint, probably in the UI - I want to slide its child layers accordingly in the timeline.

Because of no access to expression control of in and outs, I don't think there is an elegant way to do it....

So what I might do is track the inPoint as a comment and marker and when that is checked, slide the child layers by the difference....

I don't want to use remapping as I want it to operate like dragging in the timeline...

Have I missed anything?

Thanks a lot.

A
